This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home is 500 yards to Harborview Beach and to Sesuit Harbor in the most exclusive section of Dennis. Harborview Beach is directly across from Cold Storage Beach. It is the least crowded beach in Dennis as only people in the neighborhood go to this beach because of limited parking. This is the only neighborhood that you can go to the beach, get breakfast, lunch or dinner and never have to start your car. Even the Marshside Restaurant is within walking distance. We purchased the house in the fall of 2014 and completely renovated it with new bathrooms, new kitchen, new TV room, new landscaping and patio. The 4 bedrooms include 3 queen beds and 4 twins, accommodating 10. In addition to central AC, amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower. The house is 1 mile to Corporation Beach and 1.5 miles to Mayflower Beach.

Walking distance to Sesuit Harbor Cafe, which serves on the water dining (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Walking distance to Lobster Roll dinner cruises, para-sailing, jet ski rentals, etc. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking and near Mayflower, Corporation, Cold Storage, Sea Street, and Howes Street Beaches.
