Completely renovated in 2015 and feels like new. Renovated bathrooms, modern kitchen with newer stainless appliances, full size stackable laundry, wireless internet and more. Beaches are very close.

Only 2 blocks to Mayflower Beach. Chapin and Bayview beach are about the same distance. Walking distance to Chapins restaurant, and Gina's restaurant nearby also.

    2021 Cape Cod vacation

    Good location, walkability to area beach accurate. We found a side street to take in order to get off the narrow Taunton Road walk with children. Kitchen and outdoor equipment were not in good condition, beach umbrella broken, bike tires flat, no air pump. Challenging to cook due to lack of or poor condition of utensils. Appliances in ok condition. In sum kitchen poorly organized. When we arrived the grille was filthy and did not operate correctly, my husband repaired. Outdoor furniture was very dirty. Surprised departure instructions required emptying dishwasher and sweeping floor. show more show less

    Thank you for the constructive feedback. We are trying hard to improve your experience. Specifically,
    1. Beach umbrella was in good working condition at the beginning of the season but we weren't aware that it was broken during your stay. Had this been brought to our attention, we would've happily replaced it with a new one.
    2. The air pump for the bike was available if we were asked. Again, this is something we would happily provide if you asked for it.
    3. BBQ grill. We will have a new BBQ grill next season.
    4. Kitchen utensils. We will be adding or upgrading some for next season.
    5. Other upgrades/process improvements are currently being considered to address your comments.    show moreshow less
