Hydrangea House in historic West Dennis is conveniently located just minutes from West Dennis Beach and a wide variety of shops, restaurants and activities for everyone. Whether you prefer to sit by the pool and enjoy the privacy of your own back yard or head over to West Dennis Beach and enjoy the waters of Nantucket Sound, this vacation rental offers both.

Completely renovated both inside and out, Hydrangea House provides quality amenities that most vacationers are seeking when choosing a vacation home. The 3 bedroom residence comfortably accommodates groups of up to 8 people. Similar to a private resort, the property features a list of amenities that will make your vacation a memorable one. Entertaining is centered around the back yard which features a heated Gunite pool, relaxing patio area, outside shower with hot and cold running water, and a large screened in porch with comfortable lounge furniture, wall mounted television and wet bar with counters, sink, and refrigerator with ice maker. The interior provides one floor living that features a bright sunroom with 2 sets of glass doors looking out to the screened porch and pool area. The centrally located kitchen offers quartz counter tops, gas stove, and comes fully equipped to make meal preparation a breeze. You have your choice to dine in either the interior dining area or outside near the pool where a double size Weber grill makes entertaining easy. A living room with sectional sofa, gas fireplace and wall mounted television provide additional space for relaxing and enjoying a quiet afternoon or evening. Three bedrooms down the hall provide a choice of sleeping accommodations. The master suite features a king size bed with brand new “Pranha” mattress, views of the pool area, and private bath with double vanity and glass/tile shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a set of bunk beds with double size mattresses. A second bathroom is located in the hallway.

Additional amenities include an extra refrigerator, beach chairs for everyone, a cooler, beach toys, fresh crisp sheets, and towels. The pool is available from June 1 to October 1.

We had a wonderful stay - enjoyed every minute with family & friends. As always the pool was a particular attraction but the boys went fishing and biking close by so everyone's vacation was just what they wanted. Best of luck with this beautiful home.

We had a wonderful week! With one child that has a rare medical disorder our "get-aways" have always been to her doctor appointments in various states. This was our first family vacation and much needed!!

Your place is beautifully done and so comfortable. Love the vintage post cards. Jordan and Reece swam every day and loved it. Beaches were excellent and close. Great location.

GREAT VACATION HOME!

Everything about the house feels new, airy, and updated. Especially enjoy really 4 gathering areas: living room, dining room/kitchen, sun porch, and screen porch - so lots of living space. We used the sun porch and screen porch most of the time there. Pool is beautiful, but air was too cold in early June to take a dip. We even turned on the gas fireplace a few nights.
We will most likely return to the Hydrangea House.

Where do we begin to describe our fabulous month's stay at the Hydrangea House.....The house is relaxing and welcoming, the location perfect and very convenient. The amenities fit every need but the best of the best was the swimming pool. Everyone - and especially our two 2 year olds lived in the phenomenal pool. The screened in porch with such easy access was a close "runner up". Thank you for making our Summer of 2018 so special . Hydrangea House was purchased in 2017 and we spent the winter and spring months having the entire property remodeled. Being in the vacation rental business in the lower cape area for the past 10 years we have a pretty good idea of what people are looking for in a vacation rental and tried to incorporate as many of those items as possible into the remodel of Hydrangea House. It was a fun project and we were thrilled with the results. Memorial Day Weekend of 2018 it made it's ''debut'' as a vacation rental. The first group staying left a great review. We look forward to offering the home to others so they can enjoy it too.

What is special about this property?
The # 1 feature would probably be the back yard. Along with the pool and screened in porch this is the spot where people spend most of their time while at the house. The private back yard borders a wooded and meadow area and it's common to hear birds and other wildlife. Seagulls, geese, ducks, cormorants, cow birds, cardinals, and blue jays are a common site to see flying overhead.

What is special about your town?
Hydrangea House is set off of Fisk Road in historic West Dennis. Located at the end of a dead-end road provides privacy and quiet to enjoy a restful vacation. The beach, local clam shacks, area museums, and an abundance of local attractions are either a short walk or drive away.
