OFF Season Weekly or nightly rental availability. Water views of Cape Cod Bay makes this 2 unit townhouse condominium a perfect vacation rental. Only 1/10th of a mile to Bayview/Mayflower Beach.

The main floor has a large kitchen that is updated with a center island and seating which is open to the dining/living room with TV and slider to a large wrap around deck. There is also a full bath with washer and dryer on the main floor. Main floor has a window air conditioner that keeps the whole area cool. The lower level has a private bedroom/living area with private full bathroom. There is a queen size sleep sofa with additional sofa & chair with TV and has window air conditioner units. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom has queen size bed/TV/Window Air conditioner. Second bedroom has two twin size beds and window air conditioner. Third bedroom has queen size bed. The second and third bedrooms each have sliders to the upper deck with beautiful views of Cape Cod Bay. Call for May and Oct. availability.
