This two-bedroom, two full-bath with loft has all the amenities of a luxury vacation home with picturesque views of Kelly’s Bay. Each bedroom has its own TV with movie channels. Furniture is new and there are two pull-out sleep sofas in case last-minute guests arrive. Upstairs carpeting is new. It has A/C, internet, gas appliances, new master chef Weber gas grill,and new LG washer/dryer.

The property is located on a cul-de-sac with ample parking and abuts a semi-private walkway to Kelly's Bay. The beautiful bay beaches of Dennis are easily accessible. Mayfair Boatyard is directly across Kelly's Bay. Movie Theater, shopping malls, restaurants, Go-Karts and Johnny Kelly Recreation Park are just minutes from our property.

The house is equipped with three new kayaks, one single and two double, available for use upon request and signing of consent. Barb's bike rental and the Dennis to Chatham bike path are approximately one mile from the property. If breakfast is your favorite, the Red Cottage restaurant is a nearby must. We hope you enjoy your time at our summer home as much as we do!

    I am a Cape Cod Native born and raised in Dennis, MA. My husband and three children spent every summer vacationing on Cape Cod, primarily enjoying the beautiful Dennis beaches. It is a great pleasure sharing our home with vacationers and ensuring each one of our travelers has a comfortable and magnificent experience.

    What is special about this property?
    Our home has lovely views of Kelly's Bay and in the peak of the summer, the sunsets are most visible via the deck, a great spot for cocktails, appetizers and enjoyment with family and friends.

    What is special about your town?
    Our home is situated on a cul-de-sac with no through traffic. It is a short path walk to the water and less than a mile to grocery stores, shops, and popular restaurants. Kayaking along the river and biking on the bike trail have been two popular activities most renters have enjoyed during their stays.
