This fabulous location and great family is home just around the corner from the best beaches in Dennis. Overlooking the marsh with terrific privacy and just steps from those gorgeous beaches, Mayflower, Chapins, Bayview... it's close enough to skip home for lunch. The tranquil view calls for a good book or glass of wine after a day at the beach. Or walk over to Gina's or Chapin's for dinner. Both are just a block away!

There is a big living room with cable TV and a fully equipped and updated kitchen with granite counters, large island, and pretty marsh views. Along the back, there is a large family room with a 2nd TV, couches and a game table to hang out. Or go out onto the large private deck and enjoy the views.

Upstairs find 3 bedrooms, all with NEW KING BEDS, and one with an additional bunk bed. The master has a private full bath, and there is a second full bath in the hall. And sofa bed on the first floor.

With CENTRAL AIR, Internet, laundry, outdoor shower, gas grill, outdoor dining, and beach chairs, this will provide the perfect vacation in a location to die for!
