Welcome to our Mayflower/Bay View Beach area rental home that sleeps up to 12 in four spacious bedrooms. Enjoyable outside and inside areas for you and your family and friends to enjoy such as outside entertainment area with TV and fire pit, sun room, main floor living room, spacious kitchen with custom made table, and more. We have equipped the kitchen with fun retro style appliances such as Blender, Microwave, Toaster, Blender, Keurig K-Cup and Drip Coffee Pot. Perfect for you and your family to enjoy. Only a short 5-7 minutes walk away to either Mayflower and/or Bay View Beaches - whichever is your favorite. Just a few steps away from our front door is a great foot path which makes the trip to either beach so quick.

We have 4 spacious bedrooms - two on the main floor and two on the second floor. There is a total of 3 Queen Beds, 1 Full Bed and 4 Twin Beds in all. Two bedrooms include computer desks for anyone wanting to include a little work or study while steps away from our beautiful beaches. Two full bathrooms (one on main floor and one on the 2nd floor) in addition to the outside shower. Plenty of space in the garage for items which you may bring - such as bikes, etc., in addition the garage houses the Beach Cart and Beach chairs we provide. Gas grill is always clean and ready for you to create delicious foods with a tank hooked up to the grill (and a spare full tank in the garage - so you just bring the food! Our roomy kitchen opens out onto a relaxing sunroom and then onto our patio and back yard Plenty of space to gather around the outside TV and/or fire pit to relax.

After a fun day at the beach, you can also drop by nearby nearby Chapin's Bayside for outside/inside dinning or a snack - or takeout. We are located close to Dennis Village for other shops, food, and fun. Comfortable living room, sunroom, Cable TV and high powered internet and more await for you to enjoy. We have made charging electronic devices as easy as possible with lots of charging ports. Inside and outside dining, plenty of parking available, and room for relaxing and/or outside fun! Beach cart and beach chairs available for your short stroll to our famous family friendly beaches.
