Enjoy your stay at this charming cottage in a fabulous location with a private ocean beach! Your cottage is in the perfect spot just across the street from a shared association beach on Nantucket Sound in Dennis Port. Your family will enjoy walking to parks, shops and restaurants, including the fabulous Ocean House with their outdoor dining and beach bar (great for casual cocktails on the water). Dennisport is an excellent launching point for all your Cape Cod excursions!

This inviting, air conditioned, two-bedroom home sleeps four in one queen and two twin beds. The galley kitchen is fully outfitted for preparing meals at home. Enjoy peek-a-boo views of the ocean from your bedroom windows and a comfortable, relaxing cottage with a newly renovated bathroom (Stand up shower, no tub). Grab your supplied beach chairs and take a quick stroll past five cottages to a sandy beach with calm, lapping waves (beach is private for guests only). Back at the cottage, your outdoor area includes a shared lawn where the kids can play, plus an outdoor shower, outdoor patio and charcoal grille. We offer complimentary WiFi, COVID-safe cleanings, bed linens (sheets only) and bath towels with your stay.

MA lodging taxes apply. Sorry - no smoking and no pets per our HOA rules.

Highly recommend

This was our first stay at Rebecca's cottage, and we're already looking forward to going back. The cottage was spotless upon arrival and is beautifully decorated and well stocked (I especially appreciated the original artwork, the beach chairs that came with, three TVs, complete with movies to watch!). Plenty of space indoors to spread out--and to be together, when we wanted family time. We ate most meals outside, taking advantage of the patio area and grill, and enjoyed having a grassy yard for our boys to play in. The cottage is perfectly located: a short walk from the beach, but just far enough away to afford privacy. And the private beach was terrific--well maintained and large enough that it never felt crowded. show more show less

Cute cottage

A very cute cottage -- quintessential Cape Cod. Comfortable and enjoyable stay. A nice outdoor shower and small patio to drink your coffee. The walk to the private beach is at the end of the street but not too far. Beach is really nice and was not crowded. Lots of places to eat nearby. Would recommend and would go back.

Hi! My husband and I have owned this cottage for three years. I am originally from Sandwich and buying the cottage was a wonderful way to spend more time with family and friends.

What is special about this property?
Our property is in the most amazing location - with the beach just outside the door and nearby restaurants and shops. You pull down our street and truly feel like you've arrived in a vacation destination!

What is special about your town?
Dennisport is the best starting point for any Cape Cod vacation. If you're not enjoying our beach you should be day tripping to Harwichport, Chatham, P-Town and Hyannis!
