Welcome to the Horseshoe Crab Cottage at Chase's Ocean Grove beach cottage community! This 650 square-foot seasonal cottage was completely renovated in 2021, and it is an easy 3-minute walk to your private community beach (beach cart and beach chairs provided)!

Bright, open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. Outdoor area features a new patio with gas grill, picnic table, sectional sofa, and fully-enclosed outdoor shower and a lovely front porch where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning. Pet-friendly w/ pre-approval and additional fee. Linens not provided.

This is a seasonal cottage, which means it is not fully-insulated, and the floors are slightly uneven - it's all part of its charm. The main living area is bright and open. There are 3 bedrooms; one queen, one full and 2 twins. The bedrooms and bathroom are small and functional, and the bathroom has a small stand-up shower.

There is no air conditioning, but there is a ceiling fan in the living room and portable fans in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, flatware, and glass ware. There is a blender, a Keurig (can use both K-cups and regular coffee grounds), toaster, microwave, gas oven, and lobster pot.

The cottage is walkable to 4 beaches, including the private association beach (3 minute walk). Several restaurant and ice cream options are within 1 mile of the cottage. Parking is available on the side of the house, up to 2 cars.

Chases Ocean Grove is a seasonal beach community of small cottages within close proximity of each other. The narrow side streets are a great place for kids to play, ride their bikes, and meet other children. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming.
