About the Space: one level Cape Cod style cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, approximately 1200 sq ft.; newly updated throughout* - expect a vintage/modern mix, with nautical & coastal accents; central A/C, outdoor shower, smart TVs and many other amenities to enjoy during your stay.
*please note - this is not a full renovation; owners have refreshed the existing property, built in 1984, with cosmetic updates, new furnishings and modern amenities.
Amenities Available: Central A/C! WiFi, Smart TVs (living room and all bedrooms); beach towels, (4) beach chairs, cooler & extra outdoor lawn chairs available; outdoor lawn games, movie screen & projector for outdoor movie nights; fire pit, grill & outdoor shower; fully stocked kitchen; hair dryer, hand/face towels and toilet paper in bathrooms; record player & vinyl selection; washer & dryer; cleaning supplies/paper towels; board games & books; stuff for the little ones (pack & play, high chair, cabinet/drawer locks); and so much more! Living Room: sofa, two accent chairs, coffee & side tables, Smart TV, record player & curated vinyl selection, fireplace. The large bay window overlooks the front yard.
Main entryway (front door) opens to coat closet, and deacon’s bench with shoe tray & umbrellas for guest use; side door (common entry point) enters into living/dining areas.
Dining area: table with seating for 6 guests, adjacent to slider to outdoor deck & backyard
Kitchen: Fully equipped with electric oven/stove, refrigerator/freezer, and NEW dishwasher; NEW countertop appliances include coffee maker, microwave, toaster and blender; cooking & baking basics - pots & pans, oil, salt & pepper; dishes & silverware, glassware; kitchen fire extinguisher provided. Kitchen towels & a new kitchen sponge are stocked for each new stay.
Main Bathroom - full bath with shower/tub combo, and ceiling mount exhaust fan with Bluetooth speaker & LED light... play your own music while you shower & get ready!
*bathrooms come stocked with hand/face towels, hand soap, toilet paper, hairdryer
Master Bedroom: 1 king bed, bureau, closet, shoe rack & laundry bin; Smart TV
En suite bathroom with shower (stand-up/no tub) and ceiling mount exhaust fan with Bluetooth speaker & LED light; bathrooms come stocked with hand/face towels, hand soap, toilet paper, hairdryer
Bedroom Two: (2) Twin beds or (converted to) King bed upon request; bureau & closet, shoe rack & laundry bin; Smart TV
Bedroom Three: double bunk beds (4 twins); bureau & closet, shoe rack & laundry bin; Smart TV
Outside: sliding doors from the dining area open up to the outdoor deck with outdoor dining table & seating; grill available (one full propane tank provided); quintessential outdoor shower; fire pit area with seating; outdoor lawn games available; movie screen & projector for outdoor movie nights. Driveway accommodates 2-3 vehicles
Basement: washer/dryer available (laundry soap and dryer sheets are not provided); outdoor lawn games, extra lawn chairs, beach chairs & cooler, infant/toddler items, etc.
Utility/Cleaning: our utility closet is stocked & available for your stay with the following items: paper towels & basic cleaning supplies; vacuum, Swiffer wet mop, broom & dustpan, handheld duster brush; first aid kit & fire extinguisher; ironing board & auto shut-off iron available; board games/puzzles/books...
Things to Note:
- linens (bedding & bath towels) are not provided, but are available for an additional fee; please inquire!
- sorry, no pets & no smoking
- children are welcome... but please do any childproofing you think might be necessary... electrical outlets have built-in safety; the following is available for your stay with children: pack & play, high chair, cabinet/drawer locks
- guests will be greeted with a thoughtfully curated guidebook upon arrival to help you enjoy your time on Cape Cod by sharing our local favorites
