I fell in love with Cape Cod as a child. My grandfather owned a cottage in Harwichport, not too far from Dennisport. Every summer our family of 9 would enjoy our 2 weeks of Heaven at his cottage. I looked forward to our vacations every year and as soon as I was old enough to drive, I made 'the Cape' my annual summer destination. In 2005 I was lucky enough to find the condo and in 2020 was able to purchase a second unit. I have made Cape Cod my home.
I have rented my first unit out for 16 summers and have many wonderful repeat guests. This is my first summer renting this oceanfront unit. I'm sure guests will enjoy it as much as I have.
Having known this area so well, I can offer suggestions for some of the best activities and finest restaurants in the area.

What is special about this property?
This condo is in a wonderful complex called the 'BeachFront Condo Association'.
Most owners do not rent their units and will come down only on occasion. For the few of us that do,
we have wonderful guests that return year after year. All are welcome to our 'family', repeat guests and new guests.
Our location is special because we cannot be seen from the road. It is hidden behind a house facing the street. Once you enter the driveway from the street, and follow it down to the very end, you will come upon our complex and the beautiful waters of Nantucket Sound. We have our own private beach shared only with guests of the complex and the 2 homes that sit on the property nearest the street. If you are a beach walker, you can make your way to Swan River via 'Miramar' and put your floats into the river that will bring you along with the current to the open waters. You will pass a wonderful windmill en route, which will really make your walk special. Across the way you will see West Dennis Beach and beautiful fireworks displays on the 4th of July and in August for 'Dennis Days'. Our area is truly a family vacation wonderland. There are public beaches along the road that bring many smiling faces to the beach each day. We have Haigis and Glendon Beaches on one side on this road, and about a 1.5. Mile away off of Lower County Road you will find West Dennis Beach with its two mile long parking area. Great for walkers like myself, and plenty of parking availability!

What is special about your town?
Dennis/ Dennisport has everything you need for your summer vacation. As you take the exit off of route 6, you will come to Patriot Plaza for all your shopping needs. Simply 'Stop& Shop for your groceries, pick up your wine next door, jaunt over to CVS for last minute forgotten items, Triple A for maps, or Marshall's if you forgot to bring your bathing suit! Load up the car and head to the condo. If you encounter a rainy day, head to the Dennis Entertainment Cinemas. There are numerous public beaches to enjoy. For the best sunsets on Cape Cod, you can't beat Mayflower Beach. Best Yoga on the Beach is Sasha's every morning at South Village Beach, only a 3 minute ride from the condo!
The best restaurants are right down the street from the condo. Swan River Restaurant and Sailing Cow for casual water view dining. If you're looking for nearby fine dining, check out The Ocean House, the Pelham House Resort in Dennisport or take a drive to The Encore Restaurant, Scargo Cafe or the Percorino Romano Restaurant all located in Dennis. These are some of my personal favorites. But please make your reservations in advance so you're not disappointed.
If you have little ones, make your way to route 28 in S.Yarmouth for Miniature golf, The Inflatable Park and Wicked Waves Water Park and power Boat Rentals. In Dennisport, canoe and kayak rentals, and Harwichport for Baseball &Bumper Boats , Trampolines,Go Carts and more. The list is endless!
