We have rented many Cape Cod homes and Deb's house was PERFECT.
Perfect Location: a few miles from Mayflower Beach our favorite and minutes from yummy restaurants like Sesuit Harbor Cafe, Scargo Cafe, Fin and Encore Bistro. We love the peacefulness the 6A side offers.
Perfect Host: Deb made the rental process simple and a pleasure. Responsive, friendly and accommodating. The best!
Perfect Home: All the comforts of home. Tastefully decorated, central a/c, great finished basement with full bath and a welcoming outdoor space with fire pit (Note: Cape Sand down the street sells fire wood by the piece).

This property was immaculate and provided all of the essentials including bed linens, beach/bath towels, cooler, beach chairs etc. which made going away even easier. Everything was updated and decorated nicely with a beachy/ Cape vibe. We really enjoyed the large outdoor shower and fire pit! Everything in the house was new which made for a clean and comfortable stay. The location was great and the neighborhood provided many connecting streets which were great for walking/jogging. I cannot say enough about this house. It is beautifully decorated and immaculate. When you walk in you immediately feel comfortable. The house is about a 5 minute drive from Mayflower beach which has the most beautiful sunsets. Deb was so easy to communicate with and she made the rental process so easy.

The pictures are beautiful of the house but it's more the feeling when you step inside the house. It's so welcoming and peaceful. They had a nice book with recommendations of beaches and restaurants which was very helpful. Everything is brand new in the house but very cozy. My three teenagers loved it. We spent morning and some evenings on the back patio relaxing. So pretty with the lights out back.

The neighborhood is adorable and centrally located. We can't wait to go back next year and make some more memories at the house. Thank you so much for renting to us and having your house be part of our family memories. Highly recommend show more show less

This house was so perfect for our family vacation week! Everything in the house is new and very welcoming. It was immaculate and nicely decorated. The furniture was super comfortable, including the beds. We spent a lot of time outside on the back deck. There is a fire pit, where the kids loved making s'mores. The outside shower was great - big and bright! There are plenty of nice beach chairs and oversized beach towels, which I was so grateful not to have to pack!

Great location and nice neighborhood. Perfect for walking/running. You really can't go wrong with this house! So glad we decided to stay here! show more show less

We arrived to a welcoming, clean and modern vacation rental. The décor was beautiful and the home has all the amenities needed to make for a perfect vacation. The kitchen well well stocked and the bedrooms/bathrooms were stocked with beautiful linens and towels which is not the norm for a rental house. The outside yard area was the best part. It has a giant outdoor shower and we spent every night enjoying the fire pit. The location is close to all the bayside beaches and dining spots. Deb and Mike are great hosts and we will definitely rent again. show more show less
