West Dennis Quiet Neighborhood with Central AC System

We have owned the property for a number of years and rent principally during the month of July, when we are not using the house. This is our second home, which we carefully maintain and use throughout most of the year.

What is special about this property?
The house was completely rebuilt in 2006. It offers a blend of traditional Cape with updated systems including a new, large capacity HVAC heat pump system installed 2 years ago. Few comparable houses offer 3 well-sized bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and beautiful oak floors. To our knowledge, no other comparable houses have our wonderful ''sun room'' with full HVAC and large windows for great natural light and ventilation.
The house also offers great privacy - with lots of trees and shrubs on a corner lot. If you wish, it's about a 7/10ths of a mile walk to the nearest beach. West Dennis beach is a few minutes' drive away.
The neighborhood is great - most if not all are owner-occupiers, and many of our close neighbors live here year-round. It's very quiet, with lots of locals walking or biking with their pets and/or kids. Not a large volume of traffic here.

What is special about your town?
Dennis offers lots of beaches and amenities. West Dennis in particular is wonderful, separated by water and Rte 28 from the rest of the town and Yarmouth. We are blessed with many friendly neighbors.
