300 feet of private soft white sandy beach on Nantucket Sound has an unobstructed view from your unit's open balcony. Indoor & outdoor swimming pools with a hot tub, laundry room, fitness room, with an amazing courtyard so the kids can roam freely. This is an amazing place to bring kids and soak up the sun and relax. They are located at the Edgewater Beach Resort on the 2nd floor, with no elevator. This exclusive resort is a private time-share and is mainly owner-occupied, only a very select few units make it to the open market for rental.

The air-conditioned unit, features a double vanity in the bathroom, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. Recently 100% refurbished in 2021, new floors, countertops, and new bathrooms. The bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The living room sofa has a pull-out queen-size bed. The maximum capacity is 4 persons.

The kitchen is nicely equipped and if you need a lobster pot or extra BBQ tools, call the front desk. There is a little sitting on the private outside semi-enclosed porch to enjoy your breakfast or watch the sunrise/sunsets with a beautiful view of Nantucket Sound. A Keurig coffee pot with a few coffee pods to get you started for the week is provided.

All of our renters can use our bicycles free of charge (must be set up when booking. Locks are provided, but you will need to bring your helmets).

The private beach has plenty of chaise lounge chairs for relaxing or tanning right on the private beach, there are also plenty of chaise lounges in the indoor and outdoor pool area (both pools are heated,) You can enjoy a little mini-golf putting green in the enclosed courtyard, which is great for keeping the younger kids safely inside the complex. 2022 there will be a bunch of programs and games during the morning and afternoon for your kids.

SPECIAL NOTES: The price you see posted on the calendar is all-inclusive, which means: The price you see is the price you will pay. This price includes all applicable lodging taxes and all other fees. We do not require a security/cleaning deposit for any of our 5 units available at this resort, however, you are required to put a credit card on file when you check in for any incidentals you may want to charge to your room. Your room is professionally cleaned and if you ever need fresh linens or towels they can be exchanged by calling and asking for a fresh set. The only additional fee you may be subject to is if your room requires excessive cleaning upon check-out (this would be considered an incidental charge to your credit card.)
We only rent full weeks: Saturday 4 pm check-in and Saturday check-out 10 am—NO 2 or 3-day rentals.
Any guests leaving the room damaged or that need excessive cleaning the resort WILL charge you a cleaning fee. So long as you leave the unit ''broom ready'' you will not be charged any fee.
SMOKING is strictly prohibited and you can be charged a $450.00 fee if you smoke in the unit.

We live right in Dennis Port also so if anything is not right with your unit or you have ANY problems you can call us and we will do whatever we can to give you and your family amazing memories and not just a vacation by the sea.
