This exclusive resort is right on the ocean (private 300'' beach.) This resort is a private time-share and is mainly owner-occupied, only a very select few units make it to the open market for rental.

Pricing: The price you see on the calendar includes all applicable taxes and fees. ALL INCLUSIVE in this post only refers to pricing, there is no food or beverages included.

Very large 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, private balcony with an ocean view. 100% renovated in 2021 with central a/c, with a gas fireplace. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the other has 2 single-size beds and the living room has a pull-out queen-size sofa sleeper.

All of our renters can use our bicycles free of charge (Must be set up when booking. Locks are provided, but you will need to bring your helmet.) The private beach has plenty of chaise lounge chairs for relaxing or tanning right on the private beach, there are also plenty of chaise lounges in the indoor and outdoor pool area (both pools are heated,) You can enjoy a little mini-golf putting green in the enclosed courtyard, which is great for keeping the younger kids safely inside the complex. 2022 there will be a bunch of programs and games during the morning and afternoon for your kids.

The price you see posted on the calendar is all-inclusive, which means that the price you see is the price you will pay. This price includes all applicable lodging taxes and all other fees. We do NOT require a security/cleaning deposit for any of our 5 units available at this resort, however, you must put a credit card on file when you check in for any incidentals you may want to charge to your room. Your room is professionally cleaned and if you ever need fresh linens or towels they can be exchanged by calling and asking for a fresh set. The only additional fee you MAY be subject to is if your room requires excessive cleaning upon check-out (this would be considered an incidental charge to your credit card.)
