I have been hosting families and friends at this cottage for over 10 years. The success to our hosting is that we have the same families come back and stay year after year, which is a testament to providing a nice, clean charming Cape Cod experience.....all within walking distance to local beaches. I grew up vacationing on Cape Cod and have very fond memories as a child summering on the Cape and it's great to see so many of our guests share that same experience. I manage the property myself and am local to the Boston area and will be your point of contact for reserving, planning and when it comes time for check-in and during your stay.

What is special about this property?
Our greatest asset is our location to the local beaches and being able to walk down the street and within 2 minutes be sitting on the beach with coffee and hearing the waves. Haiges Beach and Glendon Beach are both walking distance to the house. In addition, there are numerous restaurants and ice cream shops that are within walking distance as well. Its great convenience to be able to walk back and forth to the house throughout a beach day for a refill, bathroom breaks or nap time!

What is special about your town?
Dennisport in the Mid-Cape is one of the most charming towns on Cape Cod if you're looking for that old Cape Cod charm and feel. The town is located in the center of the cape with easy access to the ferries for day trips to Marthas Vineyard or Nantucket or driving down to Wellfleet or P-Town for the day. The town has a ton to do with kids, families and the surrounding towns add to the multiple options for kids and family activities.
