Our adorable cottage is in a quiet section of Dennis Port. Dennis hosts some of the prettiest beaches on both Nantucket Sound and Cape Cod Bay. It is a small and cozy 2 bedroom cottage at 600 square feet and has recently remodeled. Amenities include Central AC, white cabinets, granite counters, Keurig, new bathroom including bath tub and 30 inch vanity, dishwasher, washer/dryer, grill, large deck, fire pit, board games and more. Clean sheets and bath towels will be folded on each bed upon your arrival. We used every inch to provide comfort with amenities to make your vacation relaxing. The cottage has an open plan living space with a new kitchen, table with chairs for meals, 2 couches to relax and a TV. A large deck, with a grill, is great for entertaining, has plenty of seating and overlooks the beautiful private back yard. There is a fire pit with Adirondack chairs to enjoy s'mores at night or quiet relaxation. Bedroom one has a Queen bed, bureau, access out to the back deck. For the best use of space, the closet has room for 10 hangers and hosts the stackable washer/dryer. Under bed storage bins provide room for flip flops and extra storage. There is also a hall closet outside of the bedroom. Bedroom number 2 has a queen bed, twin bunkbeds, bureau and armoire. The half acre backyard is great for playing ball or just relaxing. Dennis is centrally located on Cape Cod making it a perfect destination for day trips on the Cape or staying local. Close by are many beaches, Swan Pond, Swan River, bike paths on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, hiking trails, casual and fine dining restaurants, shops, mini-golf and ice cream. read more show less

    We had a great stay at the cottage! It's in a great location and while definitely cozy, it was not too crowded with 3 adults, a toddler and a large dog. We really enjoyed the large deck and backyard. The location is great, close to a lot of beaches and restaurants. We accidentally locked ourselves out the first night and Brendan had someone there within 20 minutes to let us back in. Thanks for an awesome week on the cape!

    This house was newly renovated. Everything was clean. It has central air which was awesome since it was 90 degrees. The location is great. Close to shopping, restaurants, mini golf, go carts, beaches on the ocean side. It has a great big back deck and a huge yard with fire pit. Great for 4-5 people, 1 family.

    We (family of 5) greatly enjoyed our stay at the house. The newness of the renovations, as well as the large backyard, really made the property pop. Having a dishwasher and washer/dryer is super handy for keeping up with many active individuals. I didn't realize the large couch was a pull-out until the last full day there. Good to keep in mind if you have 3 sons that want to spread out.

    Overall, it felt like home while we were there. We are glad we could stay here and we hope for the opportunity to come back in the future. Thank you! show more show less

    We loved our stay here! It's conveniently located to explore other areas of the Cape. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor amenities as well; a very pretty and peaceful location. Would definitely stay here on a return visit!

    Wonderful house! Spotless when we arrived-tons of amenities, including a LOBSTER POT!! The washer and dryer are also great-brand new and FAST! The backyard is a dream for little kids to run around and don't forget to make some S'mores on the fire pit that comes all ready to go with wood.

    Grab yourself a coffee out of the Kurieg and sit on the beautiful back porch.

    If you do have little ones keep an eye if they go out to the front as it is a busy street/intersection-but in the cape the cars do watch out. show more show less

    This house was spotless upon arrival. It's small, but very cozy and a wonderful yard. It's very close to everything. There was an issue with the grill and the hosts replaced it right away. Great stay!
