Good size family room with 55 in smart tv with board games and cards to play after a day at the beach. Full kitchen with major appliances well equipped with everything you'll need to cook. Washer/dryer located in kitchen. Relax in the 3 seasons sun porch and enjoy your favorite beverage.

Three spacious bedrooms with comfortable linens included at no extra charge. Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed with the primary bedroom including a smart tv. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Sleeps 6 comfortably.

One bathroom off of the hallway with a newly tiled tub/shower combo. Hair dryer and towels included.

Backyard has an outside table with seating for 6 people. Plenty of parking.

.7 miles to Sea St Beach, Pelham House and Ocean House (15 min walk, 3 min drive), 5 minute drive to Stop & Shop and Ring Bros Market, walking distance to Woolfie's Bakery, Cleat & Anchor, Chapin's Fish & Chips and Beach Bar, Bandera's Market, What's the Scoop Ice Cream, Honey Dew Donuts, Kreme & Kone Seafood and more.
