This quaint cottage located in the desired Chase Grove community has one bedroom with queen bed, and a second room/screened porch with a pull out Ikea Lycksele sleeper (double bed size). The living/kitchen & dining area is open and airy, with a new Ikea sectional sofa. High speed internet/Wifi and Cable/Streaming TV in living room.

Cottage has one bathroom with indoor shower as well as an open outdoor shower. The cottage has 2 decks, one on front of cottage with 2 Adirondack chairs and a brand new deck on back of cottage with Weber gas grill, dining table and chairs.

The kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, gas stove with oven, toaster, coffee maker as well as dishes, pots/pans, and cooking accessories.

The Chase's Ocean Grove private beach is a 2/10 mile walk from the cottage. A beach wagon, 4 beach chairs, and cooler are supplied. Parking available for 3 cars.

There is a strict No animal, No smoking policy.

You will need to supply your own linens and towels. No separate cleaning fee.

There is a refundable security deposit of $250.00 upon departure pending cleanliness and no missing/damaged items.
