Delightful home has just been lovingly refreshed and boasts a terrific front porch nicely outfitted to read, relax, chat and just enjoy the setting and salt air. Inside a large living room with television opens to a den to get comfy in and, of course, the kitchen and dining area with door that leads to backyard and the large outdoor shower.

There is a bedroom with two twins on first floor and a full bathroom off the living room. Upstairs you'll find a bedroom with a King plus another with two twins.

There is an outdoor grill and a table with chairs & umbrella for dining al fresco. All this is just 1/4 mile to a lovely beach on Nantucket Sound (just east of Sea Street Beach and the Pelham House).

Minimum 1 week rentals during summer season

Sorry no pets. Reduced rates for September & October ... great time to visit & much less crowded !! Sleeps 6

    What is special about this property?
    The property is located in such a nice neighborhood , ample yard area with privacy for enjoying the outdoor space . Walk to beach or take a stroll to the famous Sunday School Ice cream . The outdoor shower is great. Large , private . Redone in the last few years with Stone faced wall , trex decking , has a nice enclosed dressing area and is well lit for showering day or night. Just a Nice Cape house to enjoy all the area has to offer.
