Welcome To Haven On The Cove. On Bass River With Spectacular Views Of Water And Sunsets. This updated home has a bright open floor plan including a large kitchen, dining room and family room that leads to an expansive deck, large backyard with Marsh Views and Bass River. There are incredible views of Bass River Marina and Horsefoot Cove. Relax on the deck and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, High and low tides change the views daily, creating an abundance of interest. The natural wildlife is extraordinary including egrets, osprey, ducks and owls.

The first floor features the Egret Sanctuary with 2 queen size beds, an open sink and private toilet. There is another full bath and laundry. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, full bath and an open hallway overlooking the family room below. The Osprey Nest has a King size bed (2 extra long twins with a King converter kit) and a private balcony. The Owl's Nest has a Twin size bed and a bunk bed, twin over full size bed and a trundle.

Amenities include Central A/C, dishwasher, wireless internet and a smart TV. A gas grill is provided as well as several lounge chairs and two umbrella tables with chairs. An oversized enclosed shower is available for those who enjoy showering outdoors during the Summer months.

Local Dennis public beaches include: West Dennis Beach, South Village Beach, Sea Street Beach, Mayflower Beach, Chapin Beach, Cold Storage Beach, Bayview Beach and Corporation Beach.

The Bass River Marina is located within a 5 minute walk. It has a nature boardwalk along the waterfront with access to two restaurants: Summer Shanty and Sundancers. Kayak rental, fishing charters and a public boat launch are all nearby.

Explore the best bike and walking trails in West Dennis. Easily accessible to the Cape Cod Rail Trail that runs from South Yarmouth to Wellfleet. Bike rentals are available close by.

The Cultural Center of Cape Cod is located within one mile, It offers events that support Visual Arts, Music, Culinary Arts and seasonal activities. There is a Farmer's Market held every week throughout the Summer.
