This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom (with sleep sofa) has all the charm of a classic cape cod cottage paired with soothing neutral decor, modern furnishings, and a beautifully renovated kitchen and bath. The patio, with a gas grill, gas firepit, dining set, and seating ensures your enjoyment inside and out! Only 0.4 miles to Inman Road Beach and central to all Dennis Port has to offer! If you would like access to a pool, daily passes are available (for a fee) to the neighboring Bluebird Hotel indoor and outdoor pools.

Sea Cottage is found on a quiet road lined with classic, beach-town cottages in Dennis Port. This traditional Cape Cod cottage has been charmingly updated and decorated by Elder and Ash Design Studio. Its modern amenities, organic textures, and neutral-colored furnishings blend seamlessly with the original, glowing pine paneling to create a serene and comfortable space.
Enter this cottage to find yourself in the living room of an open floorplan space that feels bright and spacious. The cozy living room provides comfortable seating focused around a flat-screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace. This living area invites you to curl up with a book in the afternoon sunlight or share a movie in the dark of the evening, regardless of what you choose, this living space welcomes you to relax and snuggle in. The spacious couch pulls double duty as a Twin-sized sleeper sofa.
The living room flows into the kitchen and dining space. A wall of sleek stainless steel appliances set into cabinets of crisp ocean blue is capped with pristine white quartzite. The dine-in kitchen has seating for four at the dining table and easy access to the workspaces and appliances. Everything you need for making meals yourself or enjoying the ease of local takeout with your friends or family, all in an efficiently designed space.
Both bedrooms and the shared bathroom are off of the living room as well. Bedroom #1 offers a king-sized bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and plenty of storage space for your belongings. Bedroom #2 features two twin-sized beds and ample space for guests to share.
The adjacent bathroom is renovated with modern fixtures and tile, giving the simple cottage bathroom a lively, stylish quality while maximizing ease of use.
An exit door off the dining area provides easy access to the side yard where a casual flagstone patio is located. With the gas grill and table with chairs seating 4 people, this uncomplicated space provides a convenient and lovely place for dining alfresco. The on-demand gas firepit and surrounding low chairs (also for 4) are located towards the front of the cottage between the parking area and the side patio. The backyard is partially fenced for a touch of privacy and the outdoor shower can be found on the back of the cottage. Sea cottage is the mirror of its neighboring cottage Salt (18 Manning Rd) with the patio and firepit areas adjacent to each other. Offering room for both, but together making them ideal for adjoining groups.
Additional amenities for this home include stellar proximity to Dennis Port restaurants, stores, and beaches. An added value can be found by purchasing and downloading a Resort Pass ($40 for a family of 4) to spend a day at the indoor and outdoor pools (and hot tub) of the Bluebird, located directly across the quiet road from this home.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation, and the final balance will be auto-billed to your credit card 60 days before arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
