My husband and I have one college age son. We have always loved vacationing on the Cape when our family had a home in Dennis. Hence why we chose Dennis for our 2nd home. We love exploring all what the Cape has to offer. ????? We love the outdoor adventures whether it's at the beach, kayaking or fishing. When we have an opportunity, we also love to bike the Cape Cod Rail Trail located just up the road.

We are happy to share our home with you and create lasting memories. Cape Cod truly captures the essence of coastal living, and I hope our home will be the haven of joy and relaxation! ????

What is special about this property?
The ''Berry Quaint'' as we call it. When I first saw the home, I instantly fell in love with the painted wood floor, latch key doors and it just felt like home. My husband and I love to garden. The yard is my favorite place to be where the yard is dressed in an allure of hydrangea plants and the wisteria vine that blooms in June. Relaxing around the firepit roasting marshmallows and making smores with friends and family.

Our home is centrally located in the quaint historical district of South Dennis. South Dennis is nestled in the heart of Cape Cod, offering a delightful mix of natural beauty, historical sites and recreational activities. Two shopping plazas located on Route 134, a 5-minute drive which includes Stop and Shop, Ring Brothers, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, Cinema, Marshalls with many local eateries.

Cape Cod Rail Trail: Lace up your sneakers or hop on a bike to explore this scenic 22-mile trail that winds through picturesque landscapes, woodlands, and charming towns. It's perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and families.

Scargo Tower: Climb to the top of Scargo Hill and be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of Cape Cod Bay, freshwater ponds, and lush greenery. The tower itself is a historic landmark.
