''Seagulls Nest'' Steps to Beach on Pond & Nature Trails

We just loved staying at Segel's Nest! We have been renting on the Cape for years and this was the best house and location that we have stayed in!

First of all, Louise the owner is wonderful. She is responsive, wants to make sure that everything is just right for you and she's super nice. She even went out of her way to drop a few things off for us during our stay. The house is very clean and has everything that you need; plenty of room, a fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, an outdoor shower, lots of games, washer and dryer, etc. This is the first property we've ever stayed at the provided bed and bath linens. What a treat.

The Farmer's porch with a view of the pond is great for your morning coffee and reading a book. The location and the property were so nice there were a few days we just didn't want to leave. Flax pond is amazing with clear freshwater. Behind the house is a large wooded preserve with nice trails. Less than 10 minutes away from our favorite beach, Mayflower.

You can't go wrong with Seagulls Nest! Great house, great location, close to everything and a great owner! We definitely stay there again show more show less

We stayed for a week at the Seagull's Nest home in Dennis. It was sreps from Flax {ond that was crystal clear and warm. We were just a few miles from our favorite Mayflower Beach. It's conveniently located around good restaurants as well as other fun destination places. The house had everything you need for your stay...beds were comfy and we loved the outdoor shower. The laundry facility was so nice to have as well. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed for two months in the fall. It was a lovely lovely place to stay, very warm and inviting, and very peaceful and clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. It's not just a 'cottage' but a home with comfortable furniture. Everything worked! The yard is lovely, and the pond is a few seconds walk away and is very peaceful. The cottage is far enough, but not too far from restaurants, etc. I definitely want to return. I especially loved the gas fireplace. Louise, the owner, was very nice and responsive. Friends came to visit and they loved it too. show more show less
