Ocean Front Condo on the beach

Was a bit concerned that there were no recent reviews before we rented, so wanted to provide ours. Layout of condo was exact but furniture not the same as pics, master bedroom is king bed, if you are bringing own sheets. Very comfortable. Nonetheless, nice spacious condo with most everything needed plus a fireplace.

Washer/dryer worked great. Shower is wonderful. Only suggestion is that I wish we knew to BYO tp, paper towels, etc. None is provided, except maybe by the previous renter who left theirs. Enjoyed the convenience of going back and forth from condo to the beach and using the lounge chairs on the patio area outside the master bedroom by the sliding door. Also, sleeping with slider door open and listening to waves was wonderful. Liked that this was a first floor corner unit facing the beach for privacy and view. Sometimes could hear people above us but that happens.

This condo is in a perfect location in Dennis Port with a fantastic private beach. It has all one needs for a stay, whether it's one week or more. It's clean, spacious and well-kept. It has a great view of the ocean. Raj accommodated our every need and request. This condo is well-suited for people who are wheelchair-bound, since there is plenty of room to move around, the doors are wide, and the shower stall with hand-held shower is perfect for elderly or people with limited mobility. We were pleasantly surprised by how large and beautiful this condo was - the pictures really didn't do it justice. We kept wondering why there weren't more reviews and could only conclude that people felt it was so special they wanted to keep it to themselves. The owners, Raj and Cindy, thought of everything, and they couldn't have been more welcoming. We had coffee on the patio in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon, watching the birds, and listening to the waves, totally relaxing, just the way you imagine a perfect vacation should be. October is the best month to visit the Cape - the nights were chilly enough to use the gas fireplace, the days are still warm enough to sit on the beach, and the crowds have all gone home. There are extra linens and pillows if you forget yours, a hair dryer (ditto), and folding chairs and an umbrella in a storage box next to the patio. There's an iPod dock, TV and Blue Ray player in every room and a DD, liquor store and Stop & Shop (with a RedBox) down the road. The small touches were appreciated too - soaps, a candle and paper towels, and even aluminum foil and a lighter in the kitchen drawers. Wish we could go back next year, but now that the secret is out, guessing we'll be at the end of a very long line. We had a hard time making ourselves leave. Bet you will too ;-) show more show less

my family and I just had a beautiful week staying at this fantastic beachfront condo!! The condo is clean, very comfortably furnished and with two baths and two beds is very spacious. We had everything we needed and more. The availability of the outside patio is also a plus! The private beach is a beautiful sandy beach, just steps away. There are many restaurants in the area that we enjoyed and we will definitely be back. Wonderful property!!!

This Dennis property is immaculate with all up to date amenities and plenty of room. The renovations done to this 1st floor condo are brand new and include everything you can ask for. I have two children, 9 and 7 and they had the best time because the beach is located directly out the back door and there is a full patio with an ocean view and an available grill to hang out and have a bbq. This location is in a prime area to shops and restaurants, most in walking distance. We had everything we needed for an excellent vacation and we plan to visit again next summer.
