We went to Dennis for a wedding and had the pleasure of staying in this adorable home! Everything was perfect! Great communication and the house was immaculate! You can walk to DPM in less than 5 minutes and to the beach which is a bit longer but you don’t have to worry about parking! We would definitely go back!

Super clean, comfortable home in the perfect location in Dennis! Everything feels fresh and clean and it is well decorated. We could ride our bikes to either Mayflower or Corporation and we walked into the village every morning and evening. Lots of great coffee shops, ice cream, market, restaurants are within walking distance which was wonderful. Outdoor shower is big, yard has nice space for yard games and the fire pit and gas grill both worked well. We hope to be back next summer!

Our family just finished one of the best Cape Cod vacations we have experienced over the past 10 to 15 years, perhaps longer. We attribute most of that to our luck in finding Alicia and this rental property. From the very beginning, while inquiring about the rental, past the end when Alicia mailed us the sandals we left behind, Alicia went above and beyond our expectations. She answered all of our questions, promptly sent a reasonable rental agreement (one that recognized me as a grown-up), kept in contact before our arrival, providing helpful information that anticipated the weather and our activities. Our arrival was straightforward and predictable; however, leaving us gift certificates to two of the local "yummy" shops was a nice surprise.

During the stay, all of the systems worked well -- we never lacked for anything. Grill, central A/C, full deck with furniture, spacious living room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, televisions, etc. -- everything was well-kept and clean, some things (fridge, oven, etc.) appeared to be new. There was even a bike available for our use which came in handy for dropping everyone off at one of the public beaches without having to endure parking.

The house was close enough to the Dennis "center" that we walked to the market, ice cream shop and took a few walks. Even the departure was delightful. Due to a delay with the subsequent renter's arrival, Alicia offered to let us stay a little longer. We took the added time for a little extra sleep and cleanup. From beginning to end, Alicia took an active part in making our vacation a delightful experience. In fact, my wife couldn't find her sandals after we returned home and Alicia contacted me shortly after and sent them in the mail. Wow! I grew up on Nantucket and have visited the Cape almost every summer during my adult life. That was a rare experience for me. We can't wait to go back next year. show more show less

We loved this house!! So cute and so clean! Outdoor shower was a plus. TV in the kids room was nice for some afternoon down time. Great backyard for kids to play. Dead end street so they could ride bikes or play basketball without concern. We could walk to Dennis Market, Smugglers, or our favorite, the Donut Shack! Great playground in walking distance that my daughter loved! It was the perfect distance from the beach. Not so close that you would have to deal with beach traffic but close enough so if parking was full, we could drop off and bike back. It was nice that they had an adult bike for our use since we only brought the kids' bikes. I would absolutely love to rent this house again! show more show less

Our family stayed here in June 2014 and we were beyond happy with the house. It is a beautiful place, and it's close to the beaches and everything else that Dennis and the Cape have to offer. This is the first place that we've stayed at on Cape Cod that we definitely want to stay at again. You will be nothing but happy staying here!

Lovely home, well equipped, very clean and tidy. We were able to safely walk to the beach through the neighborhood, 1.0 -1.25 mi. Laundry convenient in basement and great yard with deck and outside shower. The street is private and quite, just wonderful. Our experience with the owner was great and we hope to return as soon as we can!!

Thank you so much for our best stay ever on Cape Cod. Your home was a beautifully decorated, very clean house in a great location - we walked to the village every day! Street was great for bike rides and yard was flat and perfect for outdoor games. We loved both Mayflower and Corporation beach and coming home to the outdoor shower and grill. The extra TV in the kids room was much appreciated for some adult downtime. My kids loved walking to Smuggler EACH night....yes we ate a bit too much ice cream!
