    Beautiful

    This home is perfect for families! Plenty of room, well-maintained and unbelievable location. The best part of our experience (besides mayflower beach) is the kindness and communication of Joan and Mark, the owners.

    Perfect family vacation home

    This is the second year we've stayed here. It is great proximity to the beach, clean, bright, and great for families. We hit a snag with a broken water heater this year and Joan and Mark went all out to get repairs in a timely fashion and make sure it didn't disrupt our vacation at all. In fact, they responded to every query within a few minutes and made sure we were taken care of. Couldn't recommend more!

    Gorgeous Birthday Stay in September

    This rental is stunning in every way. You can walk to Chapin's and get a lobster roll, and then walk to the beach and enjoy it. The home is decorated beautifully, and had an excellent experience with the home owners. We are looking forward to renting this cozy home again.

    Our Dream Rental

    My husband and I have been searching for several years for a rental by our favorite beach Mayflower. Each year we think we have found a nice place, only to have horrible situations happen to us. This home by far, beats them all! It is so close to the beach and beautifully decorated. I am a house cleaner and this house is immaculate! It came with beach chairs, a beach wagon, and so many other things. We enjoyed the outside fire pit nightly. Joan and Mark were so easy to work with and were so friendly. This was by far our favorite!! We give it a 5 star rating! show more show less

    What is special about this property?
    Very and well maintained. Due to having rented for years we believe our house is well equipped and we listen to suggestions to always make our tenants stays better.
    Near Mayflower, Bayview and Chapin Beaches on the northside/bayside of Dennis and local restaurants. Sit back and relax.
    We have a great cleaning company.

    What is special about your town?
    Dennis is a great town, with super beaches and golf courses and the rail trail is a short drive away in Dennis.
    Located Mid Cape so it is not far to go to any local attractions and areas including Provincetown and the Islands of Marthas Vineyard and Nantucket. There are also 2 restaurants within walking distance and numerous a short drive away on 6A/
