Refreshed historic home in sought after Dennis Port! Enjoy the architecture of yesteryear with all modern amenities.   Sea St Beach is only .07 miles from the home.  A/C window units for each bedroom and living area and Free WIFI to keep you connected. 

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Enjoy this large stand alone condo unit in one of the most popular beach towns of Dennis Port.  Enter through the side porch and start the house tour in a bright, happy yellow mud room.  Drop your flip-flops in the bin, hang up your wet towel and step into the newly remodeled upscale kitchen. This is the center of the home and offers all stainless appliances, upscale improvements like granite counters and backsplash with porcelain tile flooring, a large center island with two stools and chandelier to bring it all to the next level. The sliders open to the sun-filled back deck. The back deck is a shared space with the tenant upstairs.

To the right of the kitchen is a beautiful dining room with Brazilian Cherry wide pine floor and custom Travertine tile wall.  The bright chandelier shows off the distressed wood dining table that seats six - couple that with the island in the kitchen and you can feed a large group!  Long, narrow windows allow for lots of sun light - the colorful wood stove can be used on those chilly Cape nights.  The entry to the front porch is off the dining room.

Bathroom #3, right off the dining area, is a half bath with washer & dryer for guest convenience.

As you continue to the right, you will arrive in the living room with a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows that bow out letting in natural light.  The gang will enjoy the chandelier, modern couch with chaise lounge and two comfy chairs as they gather in front of the large flat screen TV for your enjoyment. 

The sliding barn door leads you to the main hall.  Crystal ceiling fixtures light the way to the extra storage and two bedrooms on this side of the home.
 
Bedroom # 1 is to the right at the end of the hall, with a queen-sized bed, large bay window, walk in closet and desk for remote work.
Bathroom #2 is a full bath with glass shower.
Bedroom #2 is at the other end and has a full sized bed, night stand, chandelier and armoire.

Head back to the kitchen for access to the rest of the bedrooms and baths on the left side of the home.

The hallway off the kitchen leads to Bathroom #2 with shower/tub combination.
Bedroom #3 on the right flaunts a fun, coastal theme with a double and twin bed.  The dresser and closet are large enough for two.
Bedroom #4 at the end of the hall also offers a full and twin bed with nightstands and armoire.

All bedrooms will have a window A/C unit.  

Extend the fun to the outside where there is a gas grill for your use (located off the shared deck) with picnic table for bbq dinners - convenient access to the kitchen through the sliders.  The large grassy yard is great for yard games and lounging around the fire pit and making s'mores after a great day at the beach.  Don't forget to enjoy the outdoor shower - it's a Cape Cod Tradition.

** Please note that there is an occupied apartment on the second floor. This apartment is completely separate and the tenant uses the rear stair case to come and go.
** Deck is also a shared space, however the owners report that the upstairs tenant never uses this space.
** There are 2 parking spaces marked 1A , the third space is reserved for the upstairs tenant.

Guest Welcome Starter Bag Included:  A large reusable tote with: 2 rolls of toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, sponge, 2 trash bags, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent and hand sanitizer (subject to change based on guest needs and marketplace availability). 

This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.
NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home! 
Max parking of cars at property: 3 - No parking on lawn anytime.  
** There are 2 parking spaces marked 1A , the third space is reserved for the upstairs tenant.

State and local taxes are charged if applicable. 
You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request.  
To Book a Reservation: For Reservations made over 60 days away-you can make 2 payments-50% deposit with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival.  We accept Mastercard and Visa for Payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
We do not charge a departure cleaning fee. Simply follow our basic check out instructions carefully and there will be no extra charges.
