Welcome to Seabattical!  Less then half a mile to the sandy shores of Sea Street beach and an easy walk to many restaurants and ice cream in the area - you have found a nice spot for a fun filled vacation!

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
There is a private fenced-in exclusive outdoor area with a gas grill - perfect for the grill master of the group! Enjoy the outdoor dining table within the fenced area or sit back, relax and roast some marshmallows with the kids over the fire pit as you people watch on Sea Street.

When you enter through the back door, you will be welcomed into the main level with a newly-updated kitchen open to the cathedral ceilings above and the adjoining dining area with fireplace!  Off of the dining area, you will find a separate ''coffee bar'' with convenient shelving and storage above and below.  The living room offers a flat screen TV, two couches and two chairs.  Completing the main floor living space are two full bathrooms.  Bathroom #1 features a shower and is located off of the side entry door neighboring a laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.  Bathroom #2 has a tub/shower combo.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms-all with A/C.  Bedroom #1 has a Double Bed.  Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds and Bedroom #3 has 1 Queen and 1 Full Bed as well as a Flat Screen TV.

This updated Dennisport vacation rental is a comfortable place to enjoy a Cape Cod Coastal vacation - It even has a fully-enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off in after a fun day at the beach! Be sure to check out all the area has to offer- including the reimagined downtown Dennisport area for dinner, coffee or shopping -  ''Lobstah On A Roll (BEST lobster roll on Cape Cod)- The farm stand offering fresh veggies and corn on the cob! Max parking of cars at property: 2 - No parking on lawn anytime. There may be guest spots at the complex as available. 

Additional Information to Assist You:
During Peak Summer Season Until After Labor Day - a 7 night Friday to Friday rental reservation is required. In some instances you may be able to book an off season (Fall and Spring only) 3 night stay.

We do not charge a departure cleaning fee.
