The 2nd floor offers an open concept modern fully equipped granite kitchen and living room with 72-inch cable TV and 1/2 bath. It has two large sliding glass doors that open to a large relaxing ocean view upper deck with patio furniture, two awnings to keep you cool from the sun, a natural gas grill and propane fire pit to enjoy your evenings relaxing and watching the sunset.

1st floor offers a sitting room, 2 bedrooms, bath and laundry room. 1st bedroom has king size adjustable bed with tv. 2nd bedroom has two queen beds with tv. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead to side yard.
Also, a hot/cold large outside shower.

Take in the salt air and use the 2-person kayak provided (and life jackets) to paddle around the sound.
Don't drive and pay to park, it has 4 parking spots. Walk to the path leading to the private association beach.
