Bill and Mary Ann have been vacationing and spending family time with family on Cape Cod for over 40 years. We frequently have our 4 sons and their families (13 grandchildren!) at this special spot. After retiring from a medical career last summer we plan to travel a bit more and are willing to give up a few weeks at our home for others to enjoy as we do.

What is special about this property?
This home is the owners personal home and not just a ''rental.'' You will find all of the amenities of home from a gourmet kitchen with pot filler, espresso machine and all other appliances you may need. There is a great yard to enjoy family time after a day at the spectacular beach. There is plenty of room to spread out for sleeping but the yard is special. With deck, patio, hot tub, enclosed fencing and a large swing set set in a massive sandbox the kids will have plenty to do. Settle in for some of the most colorful sunsets you have ever seen. With Dennis Village nearby there are over 10 coffee shops and fine restaurants within a mile.

What is special about your town?
The beaches on the North side of Dennis are known as some of the best in the world. At low tide there are massive sandbars for relaxing, building sandcastles and playing whiffle ball, football or beach games. Go back in the evening for the spectacular sunsets. You can even get pizzas delivered to the beach! Along historic Route 6A there are fine restaurants, unique shopping and the famous Cape Playhouse if you want to take in a play. The Cape Cinema, a historic movie theater, and the Cape Cod Museum of Art are less than a mile away. Spend some time biking on the Cape Rail Trail or do as many of the locals do and just take walks in the neighborhood. Fish on one of the many charter boats leaving from close by Sesuit Harbor or just get a bite at the Harbor Cafe while watching the boats glide by. Play a round of golf at one the 2 public Dennis courses. Play some tennis at the public courts. You will find that although Dennis Village is quaint and historic, it is also a hub of activity that the whole family will enjoy.
