Walk in the front door and brace yourself for the beautiful and sparkling new kitchen with open shelves on the right. To your left is the living room with a good size sectional, wall mounted electric fireplace and large Smart TV.

The bathroom is behind the beautiful barn door and is made up of a modern, tiled walk in shower. On the right is the new sink with large mirror. The alcove with the brand new stackable washer and dryer is next to the sink. The new toilet and small window complete the room.

To the left of the bathroom is the one large bedroom with all new mattress and bed. Two new clean and modern nightstands are on either side. A large white open closet is on the right side of the room and comes with new wooden hangers.

We have two comfortable outdoor chairs right outside the front door. There is ample parking and a space right in front of our unit. The pool is gated and just steps away from condo.
