This is the best cottage for families! We rent by the week in the summer. Everything you need and we mean it! Central A/C, on-demand hot water even at the outdoor shower! A fun loft to sleep in and the private beach is only a short walk!

Located on a dead-end street with a super cute yard to play in or enjoy cocktails. Walk to the Sailing Cow, Swan River Fish market, or grill at the house. We supply what you need, beach chairs, beach wagons, linens, towels, dishes, pans, and Wifi!

This is a traditional Cape Cod cottage, the floor plan makes the most of the space to comfortably sleep 6-8 and has a 12x12 back deck with a front deck that runs the length of the house.

This cottage has deeded beach rights to Heritage Sands Beach. The access path is at the end of the street, turn right and then turn left at the end of Heritage Sands follow the path to the beach. Pets are welcome (after labor day anytime) and in the summer after 3 pm and before 9 am.

You can launch SUPS and kayaks here easily!

This neighborhood is super quiet and within walking/biking distance to some great restaurants; The Cleat & Anchor, Chapins' Fish & Chips Beach Bar*, The Sand Dollar Bar & Grill, Woolfies Bakery*, The Oyster Company*, The Dog House*, Joey's Pizzeria, Wee Packet(breakfast), Good Friends Cafe (GF Breakfast), The Ocean House, the Original Seafood. Those marked with * are our favorites! Sasha's yoga & massage studio is close and awesome! In downtown Dennisport, you'll find, Dennisport Power Yoga, Aunties' Ice Cream, Buclie's Biscotti, and Rory's Market for organic everything!
