The basement is completely renovated as a family room with a pull out sofa bed and there is an outdoor shower for after greats days at the beach.

Mack Shack is 13 min to Mayflower Beach and 11 min to West Dennis Beach. It is also close in proximity to the Cape Cod bike trails, Ring. Bros. Marketplace, Stop and Shop, Marshall's, Dunkin Donuts, and Entertainment Cinemas. We are close to some of Dennis's best restaurants and bars, Red Cottage (breakfast), Sand Dollar, Scargo Cafe, Encore and Chapin's! This home has a large deck and a huge yard for kids to play and a fire pit for cool nights.

The living room has its own gas fireplace for cozy winter nights and a romantic glass of wine. The living room has an additional pull out couch that sleeps 2. This mint condition cottage has it all!!!!
