Are you ready for vacation?! We would love to host you. This newly updated home is located minutes just away from Dennis Village in a quintessential mid-Cape neighborhood situated on a quiet cul-de-sac. Close to some of the best summer Cape Cod beaches (Mayflower, Corporation and Chapin Memorial) are only 4 miles away. With many 5 star restaurants for all the foodies out there be sure to make reservations at Leonessa, Ocean House and Pelham house and many many more! Don't forget the iconic Cape Cod ice cream shops, and shopping in nearby Dennis Village. These are all within minutes of this hidden gem. Dennis has over 16 beaches and several public golf courses nearby. Walking trails are steps away from home and the lovely Cape Cod Rail Trail is 1 mile. The ideal location of this home makes in Mid-Cape makes it a quick trip to Hyannis where you can board a ferry to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket, and just about an hour from Provincetown, the farthest point on the Cape. Don't forget to stop in Wellfleet at the incredible Beachcomber!


As you arrive, you will enter the home through the side entrance where you are welcomed into a newly updated three season sunroom and completely renovated coastal kitchen. The new dining nook which seats six and has hidden storage in the seats! There you will find extra kitchen amenities and beach towels. The newly renovated kitchen has quartz countertops, a coffee station, a dishwasher, and all the amenities of home. The updated living room has all new furnishings, overlooking the adorable cul-de-sac and comfortably seats six guests. The living room offers a smart TV where guests can log-in to the preferred streaming account.

The hallway adjoins the living room with new furniture, equipped with new bed sets and mattresses the home has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. In the hallway closet you will find all the linens and some complimentary starter toiletries. The cozy bedrooms have been completely renovated with new furnishings and linens. The main bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, dresser, full-size mirror and generous closet which has a Pack N' Play. The second bedroom holds two twin beds, a dresser and smart TV. In the summer months (June-early September) the bedrooms are equipped with in-room air conditioners. There is also a folding memory foam full-size bed that can be used to accommodate an additional adult or child.
The full bathroom is fully equipped with a brand-new Grohe showerhead and bathtub for those relaxing after a long-day at the beach.

Trash pickup weekly and there are parking spaces for 2 to 3 cars.

High speed internet is available, along with two Roku smart TVs, which allow guests to use their Netflix, Hulu, or Prime Video or Disney+ accounts.
In the basement we provide access to the full-size washer and dryer. Please read below for guidance around accessing the basement.

Our fully fenced in and private backyard offers guests a propane grill, an outdoor dining table that accommodates six, and a fire pit with four Adirondack chairs. Guests can also grab the cornhole boards out of the shed and have some fun! Also located in the shed is a cooler, beach chairs, beach toys and a wagon for the beach.

Other things to note:
The washer and dryer are located in the semi finished basement, accessible through a door in the second bedroom. Children are not allowed in the basement without adult supervision and this door must be locked when the basement is not in use.
