Beautiful private association beach across the way with access to Cape Cod Bay at low or hide tide. A fantastic location and a wonderful three bedroom and two bath home with all the amenities that you will need for that Cape Cod getaway! Central Air Conditioning for those humid days or when the bay breezes are at a minimum. There is a primary bedroom with a queen-sized bed on the first floor and a full-sized bathroom with a tub in the hallway. On the second floor are two large bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has two full beds and one twin bed and the other bedroom on this floor has one full bed and two twin beds. This home will accommodate eight guests. On the main floor is an open living room to dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two sliding doors that lead out to the expansive deck with a comfortable seating area for relaxing, an outdoor table with chairs & umbrella and a gas grill for BBQ’s.

The deck overlooks the private grassy yard with plenty of room for enjoying outdoor games! There is a spacious garage for storage of bikes, yard games, and beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, toys and games). A play space and TV along with a full laundry area and extra refrigerator is in the garage adjacent to the kitchen.

A pet may be considered with homeowner approval and restrictions to be reviewed upon reserving.
