The house looked great. Very well appointed interior, modern kitchen, nice little out porch area that my daughter nicknamed the conversation pit. Back yard was lovely and outdoor shower was great. The house is convenient to everything, beaches, grocery stores, Dunkin, etc. We had a wonderful trip there to start off our summer.

We spent a week in July at this beautiful home. You have your own private backyard oasis with everything from an outdoor shower, fire pit and grill. We also enjoyed all the amenities such as beach chairs, towels, beach towels and linens. All we had to do was bring ourselves! This home was 10 minutes from our favorite beach in Yarmouth and also minutes from the Dennis beaches. It has everything in the area to offer and we truly enjoyed the Cream and Cone across the street. This home is centrally located to take day trips to Hyannis and Chatham. Me, my husband, and my 20 month old son stayed here for a week in July and it was hands down the best vacation! The house is newly renovated and so quaint. The backyard is a sanctuary. The beach was a 5 minute drive and so convenient. If you have children going to the beach can be a hassle. There was always parking to roll our stuff right on and we were able to drive home for nap time. The neighborhood was perfect for walks/bike rides. This house had laundry which is essential for families traveling. It was the first time we left vacation without saying we need a vacation. The hosts were so responsive when needed and had absolutely everything we needed. We will be back for years to come! show more show less

I'm have been renting for over 30 years in West Dennis/Dennisport and this is one of the nicest homes I have rented. The homeowner has thought of everything that a guest would want or need. The house is well equipped, beautiful kitchen, beds are very comfortable and linens/towels are new. Loved the backyard and the outdoor shower is roomy and very nice. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the beach chairs were and how private the backyard was. We will definitely rent again next year!

We rented this beautifully renovated house for Father's Day weekend with our two grown sons. The location was perfect, we were able to visit both ends of the Cape easily. Neighborhood was peaceful but surrounded by all amenities, including fantastic restaurants and shops. The home itself was very comfortable and beyond adequately stocked with anything you could need. We were even greeted with fresh flowers and snacks! Owner was very responsive and made us feel as if we were borrowing a friend's home , rather than renting a generic house. The outdoor shower was a big hit and we loved hanging out in the gorgeous yard. Wish we lived closer so we could return more often. show more show less

Come one, come ALL to this pristine, cozy, spacious Cape house! For a last-minute birthday weekend getaway, we came across this beautiful Dennis property. It is JUST as beautiful and comfortable as the pictures show. Not pictured is the beautiful backyard complete with pergola & picnic table, and fire pit surrounded by adirondack chairs! From the moment we spoke on the phone, Laurie was welcoming, accommodating, and joyful. She communicated promptly and gave us all the information we needed prior to our stay. They provided plenty of pamphlets about many different towns on the Cape and activities to note. Laurie emailed us a list of restaurants to try and beaches to visit. They anticipated our every need and wish! This is a great option for both veteran Cape vacationers or new folks looking for a spot central to many attractions. It is a perfect house to relax in. We were taking a stab in the dark and stumbled upon this property. I have spent quite a bit of time vacationing on the Cape and this was a fantastic experience! The cottage is easy to get to, very close to beautiful beaches and wonderful restaurants. It's also in a quiet neighborhood. We rented off season but now that we know about it, we're booking for our entire family this coming summer. The proprietors of the property could not have been nicer. They really make you feel welcome. They made me feel like family! Great place to kick back, sit on the porch after a day at the beach. The beds are really comfortable and I was able to get some badly needed rest. The living room and kitchen are really geared for comfort and conversation. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We absolutely loved our vacation at this wonderful home on Cape Cod. The house is very tastefully decorated, well-equipped, and offers plenty of space to relax after a great day at the beach. We loved the quiet neighborhood and being able to walk to nearby coffee shops and restaurants.
We'd like to thank the owners for opening up their beautiful home for others to enjoy. We can't wait to come back again and again...and again.
