The space
Cece's Place consists of two levels (upper and lower which is below ground level). Guest will be on the upper level with separate entrances with the entire upper level all to themselves with nothing shared. The lower level is occupied by host with it's own private entrance and shares nothing with guests. Guests will have approximately 2500 sq. ft. of indoor living space. The home has central air conditioning, heating and recess lighting with dimmers throughout the home.
Guests will have to themselves a fully furnished home with all the necessities to make your stay comfortable. Three bedrooms; Room #1 and Room #2 has one queen bed each. Room #3 has two single (twin) beds. There is a Roll-away bed in the closet for an additional guest. There are two full bathrooms with rainfall shower heads, fully equipped kitchen with wine cooler, living room with wood burning fireplace, family room with 85 inches TV, 75 inches electric fireplace with cathedral ceiling, dining room, sunroom/lounge, large covered front porch with seating, outdoor shower/kitchen, large deck in back with table, chairs, grill and fire pit.
There is space for four car parking (off road) in front of house for guests. This home offers spacious outdoor living with a large front and back yard featuring a well-kept lawn with beautiful gardens.
Although the home is in a quiet neighborhood, it is centrally located to many attractions that Yarmouth and the surrounding communities have to offer. From the beautiful beaches of Cape Cod to the parks, water parks, water sports, golf courses, mini golfing, whale watching, bike trail, shopping, market, local concerts, drive-in theater, plays, hiking, many different types of restaurants and much more. You can even take a boat at the boat dock, which is approx 15 minutes away for a quick day trip to the islands of Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. With so much to do here on Cape Cod there’s no doubt there will be something for everyone. You and your family will have an amazing time!

Guest will have the entire upper level which is approximately 2500 sq. ft. of living space to themselves. Guest will also have to themselves a deck, outdoor shower/kitchen, large front porch with seating, large back deck with table, chairs, grill, fire pit, washer/dryer and total access to the entire well-kept yard.
