laundry room. On the second floor are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and another with 2 twins. There is also a full bath and a studio guest room with daybed offering 2 more twin beds. The home also has a comprehensive library offering classics and beach reading along with a variety of board games for you to enjoy.
The spectacular GUEST HOUSE: set in the trees behind the main house with a separate drive was converted in 2003 from an old barn on the property. The original antique beams from the barn are seen throughout this 2-story house. Upstairs has two full bedrooms including the master with a queen bed and sofa which opens to a twin bed, and a second bedroom with a double bed. Downstairs is an open living room with fireplace, dining area and kitchenette which opens through double French doors to a shaded wrap around deck.
