    Comfortable rental

    We've rented in Eastham in the summer several times in the past, and was happy to find this rental when everything on the other rental sites in our price range was taken. The house was clean and comfortable, and updated in the right places (bathrooms, etc.). The kitchen was nicely stocked, the outdoor shower was perfect, and the firepit was a nice touch. It's really close to Cooks Brook Beach (hint: if you're cheap and don't want to pay for parking there, it's an easy ride on bikes), Marconi Beach, and all our usual spots in Eastham. The owner was very responsive and flexible. Just the Cape vacation we needed. show more show less

    Beautiful home and Great Location

    We were in Cape Cod 5 years ago and this year was our first year back. This home has the perfect location. It is 2 miles from Cook's Brooke Bay Beach which is great for little children as the ice cream truck rolls up. It is a 10 minute drive to the Ocean at Coast Guard Beach and Nauset Light. We really enjoyed our stay with the outdoor shower and fire pit. Very comfortable, very new and renovated. We really enjoyed our stay. If we come back we would rent it again!

    We have been spending summers in Eastham for the past 20 years and have rented homes all around the Eastham area. We recently purchased our cozy summer home and happy to share it with you.

    What is special about this property?
    Set on a quiet side street and minutes to our favorite, kid friendly bay side beaches; Campground and Cook's Brook. We love nearby hiking, bike trails and minutes to Nauset Ice Cream, Arnolds and Hole in One bakery. Short drive to the national seashore and ocean side beaches, Nauset and Coast Guard. Enjoy sitting around the fire fit or cozy hammock in the nice yard.

    What is special about your town?
    Eastham has a special feel. It is a quiet, family friendly town with amazing beaches and many fun activities for kids of all ages. Our favorite activities (in addition to the beach) are local mini gold (The Red Barn), Wellfleet drive-in theater and flea market, National Seashore and Mass Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary. Another fun activity is spending time in Provincetown, 23 miles away.
