We finally found our beach house! Beautifully taken care of home with hardwood floors and all the extra's. We just built a contemporary new wrap around deck with a roomy outside shower just off of the sunroom.
The first floor has two living rooms each with sleeper sofas as well as a beautiful sun room overlooking the deck with a futon which leaves plenty of sleeping space for guests. We have flatscreen TV's, blue ray disc player, boardgames, kids books and movies, cable,and washer/dryer as well as WIFI for your convenience.
The master bedroom comes with a brand new king bed and mattress as well as the spare bedroom has a queen. The kids room has a brand new bunk bed that sleeps a twin on the top, double on the bottom and a trundle bed that pulls out. All bedrooms have AC units to keep you cool at night.
Linens – We have sheets for all beds, bath towels, beach towels, dish towels but ask that you kindly wash and dry before your departure if you choose to use them.
We enjoyed our time at the cape house so much! It was clean, spacious, and updated. The beach was a close walk and the playground at the beach was an added bonus. The house was kid friendly and comfortable. There was plenty to do, great flat screen TVs to watch, a good sized grill and a large deck for eating and lounging on both day and night. The kitchen is big, updated and very clean. Having a washer/dryer to use was a big plus! The outdoor shower was great for keeping the sand outside and the house clean. There was lots to do near by including mini golf and ice cream shops. The supermarket is right down the street. We would recommend this house to all!

We rented this house earlier in the summer and it was a perfect home away from home for our family! The house was clean, updated and had many of the modern conveniences (including washer/dryer) we seek to help make our vacation time enjoyable. The inside of the house was in great condition but the deck was far and away our favorite evening gathering spot.
Location is perfect with access to restaurants and shopping while also convenient for getting to and from the beach.
We enjoyed the place so much that we have already booked our 2012 vacation...highly recommended!
