Welcome to our cottage near Fallon's Pond.

The cottage accommodates 8 to 10 people very comfortably. It has two bedrooms. The front bedroom has a queen size bed. The back bedroom has a double bed and a set of bunk beds also. There are two full baths. One has a tub with a shower, and the other has a stall shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is everything for cooking and eating. The appliances in the kitchen include refrigerator with ice and water in the door, a gas stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster oven and coffee maker. The “green room” which has been named for the carpet, is just off the kitchen. It has a sleep sofa as well as a set of chairs and a table for dining or playing games.

The family room has seven large windows as well as a skylight to give you enormous amount of sunlight and airflow. This room also has a sleep sofa, a 55-inch smart TV, a VCR and a great card playing table.

Access the outside through the sunroom, living room, or green room where you will find oak and pine trees that give you both sun and shade atmosphere perfect for relaxing with a book or suntanning. There is a screen tent at the side of the house near the family room. The tent is wonderful for eating as well as at night for playing cards and relaxing. There is a firepit in the side yard as well. The yard is big enough for yard games which are available in the walk-in cellar. There is also a gas grill for those nights you want to cook outside.

There are many excellent restaurants only about 10 to 15 minutes away, on either the Bayside, or the Oceanside. There are freshwater ponds nearby that charge a daily fee. There are two superb 18-hole golf courses only 7 minutes away, Dennis Pines and Dennis Highlands.

The cottage is on a corner lot and a 10-minute walk to Fallons Pond and Mayfair Boatyard. Motorboats, kayaks, and canoes are allowed and there is access to the open ocean.

The driveway is large enough to park 2 cars. There is legal overnight parking on the street. read more show less
